The Lakehouse Getaway is situated on a 100' X 250' lot in the middle of the North Shore of Shawano Lake. The shallow depth and the sandy bottom of this area of the lake is ideal for swimmers, but bass and panfish can be caught right off the dock, as well. If water-skiing and tubing is what you enjoy, there is no better area on the lake.
This is not a resort area, so please do not consider the Lakehouse if you intend to bring in daily friends and family who are renting or live in the area. Occasional visitors are accepted with permission.
The Shawano area offers many opportunities for the vacationers: golf & miniature golf, go-carting, movie theatres, stock car racing, casinos, Mountain Bay bike trail, Flea Market, supper clubs, water ski shows, river rafting, and Mielke Theatre Productions. There is something for everyone.

Reservations for 2011
The 2012 reservation schedule will be available on October 1, 2011. All 2011 guests who plan on returning next summer should have their $200 deposits sent in by that date.
